Wheels, rims, non-folding tyres and child seats are shipped exclusively with DPD within Germany and most European countries.

The indicated bulk-goods’ charge is valid for one article, for example one transport-suitcase. If you order more than just one transport suitcase, the charge for bulky goods is increased according to the ordered quantity, since we cannot send several transport-suitcases together in one parcel.x Delivery method not available. Unfortunately, bulk goods and bicycles cannot be dispatched to these countries.
Attention: We deliver with DHL and DPD. Outside Germany, DHL usually cooperates with national postal services.
Bicycles and transport cases are always delivered by DHL (with corresponding bulky goods surcharges). Outside the EU, we deliver with DHL/Deutsche Post, who commission the respective national postal service for delivery. Depending on the country of delivery and the nature of the goods, we also deliver with DHL Express. There is no general right to express delivery. Cash on delivery deliveries are only possible in Germany via DHL. E-bikes, 29″ MTBs and trekking bikes are delivered by DHL Freight. DHL Freight does not deliver on Saturdays.
Delivery time complete bikes:
From the time you order an available bike in our webshop up to the time we dispatch this bike, it will take approx. 13 to 19 working days. Should the ordered bike not be in stock, the delivery time is extended analogue to the delivery in our warehouse. Information regarding the availability can be obtained at +49 (0) 2641 – 89 00 0 or bikes@bike-discount.de. Unfortunately the delivery at a certain date given by you is not possible due to logistic reasons.

For deliveries to other countries/states than those listed in the above table and selectable in the order process, please submit an email request.
For deliveries to NON-EU countries, we do not charge the valid VAT.
